and the purchase of products through it.

- EU consumer protection regulations
2. Products
The webshop sells non-alcoholic beverages under the brand Nootropik.
All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in packaging, color, or labeling that do not affect product quality shall not be considered defects.
Product availability is subject to stock levels.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in EUR (€) and include VAT (PDV).
Shipping costs are either:
- Included in the product price, or
- Displayed separately before order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applicable to the customer is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Ordering Process
The purchase process includes:
- Selecting products
- Adding them to the cart
- Entering delivery details
- Choosing payment method
- Confirming the order
After successful payment, the customer receives an order confirmation via email.
The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the seller receives confirmation of successful payment.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Debit cards
- Other Stripe-supported payment methods
The seller does not store card details.
In case of payment refusal or failure, the order will not be processed.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available only within the Republic of Croatia.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days (unless otherwise stated)
Delivery is carried out via a contracted courier service.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If the customer is unavailable at delivery and the package is returned, additional delivery costs may be charged for re-shipment.
Risk of damage passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right)
In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the customer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller via email at: info@drinknootropik.com
The customer must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal notice.
Important Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed beverages that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Perishable goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
8. Complaints and Defects
The seller is responsible for material defects in accordance with Croatian law.
In case of damaged or defective products, the customer must notify the seller within a reasonable time via: info@drinknootropik.com
The complaint must include:
- Order number
- Description of defect
- Photo evidence (if applicable)
If the complaint is justified, the customer is entitled to:
- Replacement of product, or
- Refund.
9. Liability
The seller shall not be liable for:
- Minor deviations in product appearance
- Delays caused by courier services
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
The beverages sold are food products and should be consumed according to label instructions.
The seller is not responsible for misuse of products.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Croatian data protection laws
Personal data is used solely for:
- Order processing
- Delivery
- Customer communication

11. Intellectual Property
All content on www.drinknootropik.com
including:
- Logos
- Product images
- Text descriptions
- Branding

12. Dispute Resolution

If this is not possible, the competent court in Croatia shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Croatian and/or English. In case of discrepancies, the Croatian version shall prevail.
